What to expect: 

The Deloitte Seeds Program is a 6-month internship program designed to recruit high-potential talent majoring in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Environmental Science or a related discipline. The program aims to develop the younger generation into future leaders for critical positions within Deloitte Taiwan. Deloitte interns don't sit on the sidelines; they gain real-world experience tackling challenges and driving meaningful outcomes. This program offers a rich blend of learning and development opportunities, mentorship, networking events, and professional growth. With a well-structured framework, the Deloitte Seeds Program accelerates career development in interns’ chosen specializations while fostering rapid growth of cross-functional competencies. Enterprise Risk Management: 

Deloitte’s Resilience, Crisis, and Risk Management practice helps organizations understand and manage a wide range of business risks in an evolving environment. Our work covers areas such as enterprise risk management, business continuity, crisis management, and emerging risks related to technology and AI. 

Work you’ll do: 

• Support research and information gathering on risk management topics, including enterprise risk management, business continuity, crisis management, AI risk, and other emerging risk topics.
• Collect, organize, and summarize information from various sources, such as company disclosures, regulations, industry publications, and publicly available research.
• Assist in categorizing and maintaining research materials by company, industry, regulation, or risk topic.
• Support consultants in preparing project materials, research summaries, and presentations based on collected information.

Qualifications: 

• Final year students with a graduation conferral date between June 2027 and Aug 2027. 
• Currently enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Information Management or a related discipline. 
• Good research and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Able to organize and summarize information clearly and systematically.
• Good communication skills, self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese; ability to read and summarize English-language materials is preferred.
