A&A QRM (Audit & Assurance - Quality & Risk Management) is the Quality and Risk Management team within the A&A Audit & Assurance Services department, focusing on ensuring and promoting the firm's quality management system compliance. Our functions cover areas such as risk management, audit execution (including training), accounting research, supervision and correction, as well as international securities markets, ensuring high standards of audit quality and professional services.

Work You'll do
1. Assist in executing training-related courses.
2. Assist in handling internal colleagues' training administrative inquiries and online learning platform issues.
3. Coordinate with external training venues for inquiries and contract administrative processes.
4. Compile and analyze training materials, as well as handle related administrative tasks.
5. Support other projects within the department.
Requirements
1. Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong logical thinking abilities; excellent at communication, coordination, and teamwork.
2. Enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for training development and organizing courses.
3. Strong learning ability, proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to work overtime and travel.
4. Basic document processing skills (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.).
5. Basic business English writing and reading skills.
6. Willing to learn how to operate English-language interface systems.
