In Taiwan, our Human Resources department—known as the Talent Team—is made up of a vibrant, cross-generational group of professional HR partners.
Within the team, the Employer Branding and Campus Relations group is dedicated to enhancing and creating an exceptional employer experience. We bring branding strategies into HR practices by integrating visual design, video content, social media marketing, and campus engagement activities. Our goal is to showcase the unique features of our brand and job opportunities, crafting a distinctive and competitive employer brand that continually attracts top external talent while also optimizing the internal talent experience.
As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will participate in and lead annual employer branding marketing campaigns and campus recruitment events. You will also be directly responsible for managing social media platforms and planning visual and written content. This role involves close collaboration with HR partners across various internal teams to support recruitment efforts and initiatives through effective marketing and branding strategies.
Given the varying scale of projects, you will need to work independently as well as brainstorm collaboratively with the team. The role requires a solid understanding of basic marketing principles, knowledge of social media trends, and proficiency in design and video editing software. We're looking for someone who is proactive, eager to learn new technologies, and open to acquiring new knowledge.

Work You'll do
1. Plan and execute annual employer branding marketing campaigns and activities, including participation in project planning, on-the-ground execution, and performance tracking.
2. Manage social media platforms, including content creation (copywriting and visuals), ad operations, promotional scheduling, and performance analysis.
3. Create newsletters and manage talent/member databases.
4. Execute and support campus recruitment and specific hiring events.
5. Update and maintain the career/talent website.
6. Collaborate and communicate across departments.
7. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Human Resources, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- Experience in project planning, article writing/editing, or employer branding execution (please share during the interview).
- Ability to independently complete projects, plan, and execute activities (please share during the interview).
- Practical experience in social media management, video editing, or graphic design software skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus (please share during the interview).
- Passion for employer branding and willingness to execute tasks; a strong interest in combining HR and marketing knowledge for career development is highly preferred.
- Open to learning new knowledge and technologies, with a responsible and proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Strong information collection, analysis, and logical reasoning skills.
- Good time management skills.
- TOEIC score of 600 or higher (Nice to have).
