About the Business

[About the team and you]
The Human Resources department at Deloitte Taiwan, which we call the Talent Team, is made up of a group of energetic and cross-generational professional HR partners. The daily operations of the Compensation & Benefits team, serving over 4,500 people, mean that even the smallest tasks are magnified and handled by professional HR partners. Here, you will need to have a certain level of patience and attention to detail, as routine tasks related to employee insurance often involve numbers and fine details. If you enjoy working independently in a quiet environment and are skilled in handling data, this might be an opportunity for you. If you have prior experience in compensation, insurance, and basic financial accounting, and are familiar with labor insurance practices, this role should be a good fit. Additionally, we hope that after accumulating practical experience, you will continue to challenge yourself in new professional areas. We will also work with you to explore suitable job rotation opportunities.
