Work You'll do
- Assist in communication and coordination with various public associations and handle related documentation.
- Support the organization of external seminars held by the office and assist with daily administrative and general affairs of the department.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Graduated from a university or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or Mass Communication-related fields.
- Preferably with over 1 year of relevant marketing experience; capable of working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Able to work independently; proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, creative, and eager to continuously learn new knowledge.
- Proactive and cheerful personality, with strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 500 or above.
- Proficient in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading & writing).
