Work You'll do
- SAP and HR System Setup and Maintenance: Handle personnel changes, data review, modifications, and updates.
- Support Global and AP Transformation and Integration Plans: Participate in cross-departmental projects, system, and process optimization initiatives.
- Work Hours System Management and Maintenance.
- Human Resources Data Analysis and Reporting: Regular and ad-hoc report generation.
- Digitalization and Automation of HR Processes.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Excel at an advanced level.
- Experience in maintaining SAP systems is preferred.
