Work You'll do

1. SAP and HR System Setup and Maintenance: Handle personnel changes, data review, modifications, and updates.
2. Support Global and AP Transformation and Integration Plans: Participate in cross-departmental projects, system, and process optimization initiatives.
3. Work Hours System Management and Maintenance.
4. Human Resources Data Analysis and Reporting: Regular and ad-hoc report generation.
5. Digitalization and Automation of HR Processes.
6. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
3. Proficiency in Excel at an advanced level.
4. Experience in maintaining SAP systems is preferred.
