About the Business

In recent years, Deloitte has been committed to audit transformation. In addition to continuously introducing digital tools, we have also enhanced the overall audit service quality and efficiency through changes and innovations in the audit workflow, presenting a new face for audit work. In 2021, to respond to audit transformation, we established the Local Delivery Centre (LDC). LDC focuses on standardizing operational processes to handle certain audit tasks centrally. By collaborating with the audit team and dividing functions, we have reimagined the audit process, enabling each side to focus on different aspects to strive and develop.
Since its establishment, LDC has grown in scale by continually recruiting outstanding talent and has expanded its presence in Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung. However, our growth has not stopped. We have also expanded our services to other departments and are continuously welcoming more talents from diverse backgrounds to join us.
We offer a range of training programs to help new colleagues quickly adapt to their tasks. Joining LDC will provide the following unique advantages:
1. As a project service center, with Deloitte's extensive client base, you will have the opportunity to work on projects from various industries.
2. A comprehensive promotion system, with opportunities to transfer to other departments.
3. A more stable working environment and working hours to achieve a better work-life balance.
4. Eligible individuals can adopt a hybrid working model, with up to 8 days of remote work per month.
