Work You'll do

1. Provide comprehensive analysis by project basis in accordance to clients, target and the nature of the transactions
2. Contribute with financial comments and insights directed to the fulfillment of the objectives of the projects 
3. Demonstrate client-oriented attitude to manage customers’ requirements
4. Possess and implement communication skills both verbal and written
5. Implement industry knowledge for high quality report achievement
6. All others characteristics related to the M&A Transaction services   

Requirements

1. 二至三年審計工作經驗
2. 主動積極，具備良好之溝通、協調及表達能
3. 具良好之分析能力及報告撰寫能力
4. 具抗壓性，能配合出差
5. 有相關專業執照者尤佳 (CFA、CPA)
6. 有決心在財務顧問領域成長發展
