About The Team

At Deloitte Taiwan, our Talent professionals drive the firm’s people strategy, create a unique people experience, and work closely with the business to drive success in the marketplace. As our business and team expand, we are seeking talented Recruiters to join our Talent team. This role will support both experienced and campus recruitment, ensuring a comprehensive approach to the candidate experience and journey.

 

Work You'll do

 

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Oversee the candidate experience and journey, ensuring a positive and engaging process from initial contact through to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate recruitment for various positions across the region.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing and cold calling, to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline/pool, ensuring qualified candidates remain engaged for current and future opportunities.
  • Maintain recruitment data, systems, and reports, regularly tracking pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly status reports on recruitment activities, providing insights and recommendations based on data.
  • Implement effective project management practices to ensure timely and successful execution of recruitment initiatives.

 

Requirements

 

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, including experience with both experienced and campus recruitment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong capabilities in data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or PeopleSoft.
  • Direct sourcing experience; agency experience is a plus.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
  • Public speaking skills with experience in hosting workshops, campus events, or similar activities.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-driven with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
