Work You'll do
1. Routine annual course or activity design and execution, course management and administrative affairs, training data analysis and compilation.
2. Participate in multinational learning programs and projects, introducing and planning localized courses and activities.
3. Promotion and operation of the learning platform.
4. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in multinational companies or global professional firms is preferred; experience in designing and executing courses or activities is a plus.
- Proficient in using MS Office (especially advanced Excel skills) and digital technology tools.
- Possess advanced business English skills in writing, listening, speaking, and reading.
- Demonstrate strong cross-departmental coordination and communication skills, with patience and empathy; able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive and positive work attitude, willing to embrace new challenges.
- Proficient in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading & writing)
