About The Team:

At Deloitte Taiwan, our Talent professionals drive the firm’s people strategy, create a unique people experience, and work closely with the business to drive success in the marketplace. As our business and team expand, we are seeking talented Recruiters to join our Talent team. This role will support both experienced and campus recruitment, ensuring a comprehensive approach to the candidate experience and journey.

Work You'll do

  1. Oversee multiple campus recruitment initiatives, including strategy development and execution.
  2. Organize and lead workshops, recruitment events, and other public outreach activities to engage and attract top talent.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centers, and external partners.
  4. Implement effective project management practices to ensure timely and successful execution of recruitment initiatives.
  5. Maintain recruitment data, systems, and reports, regularly tracking pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders.
  6. Prepare and analyze weekly status reports on recruitment activities, providing insights and recommendations based on data.
  7. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate recruitment for various positions across the region.
  8. Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline/pool, ensuring qualified candidates remain engaged for current and future opportunities.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of experience in an HR-related role, with at least 2 years specifically in campus recruitment.
  2. Working-level proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin, enabling effective interaction in professional settings.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong capabilities in data analysis and reporting.
  4. Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  5. Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
  6. Public speaking skills with experience in hosting workshops, campus events, or similar activities.
  7. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
  8. Self-driven with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  9. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
