Work You'll do

1. Consultation and representation in intellectual property and business litigation.
2. Consultation and representation in general civil, criminal, and administrative litigation.
3. Corporate governance and intellectual property management projects.
4. Digital technology law and emerging legal services.
5. Consultation on labor issues, labor law compliance, as well as labor mediation and litigation representation.

Requirements

1. Majored in Intellectual Property Law, Commercial Law, or Criminal Law during undergraduate or graduate studies.

2. Candidates with engineering or information technology backgrounds are especially preferred.

3. Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1) is a strong plus.

4. Apprentice lawyers who have not yet completed the pre-service training are also welcome to apply.
