Work You'll do

1. Consultation and representation in intellectual property and business litigation.
2. Consultation and representation in general civil, criminal, and administrative litigation.
3. Corporate governance and intellectual property management projects.
4. Digital technology law and emerging legal services.
5. Consultation on labor issues, labor law compliance, as well as labor mediation and litigation representation.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with coursework in Intellectual Property Law, Commercial Law, or Criminal Law.

2. Background in engineering or information technology is a plus.

3. English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 800 or above is preferred.

4. Completion of pre-bar training is not required.
