Investors must understand relevant regulations, investment categories, methods and limits, tax treatments, investment structures, company registration, and entry regulations for mainland Chinese personnel to effectively manage risks and optimize investment returns.
Work You'll do

Assist with administrative tasks related to the firm’s risk management procedures.

Support general client file archiving and document photocopying.

Assist in filling out application forms for foreign employee work permits or Mainland Chinese entry permits.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
<Able to work five full days per week; internship period of at least one year>

Proactive, quick learner, detail-oriented, and responsible.

Honest, patient, and highly cooperative.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Basic proficiency in both Chinese and English typing.
