Work You'll do

 

  1. Analyze benchmark and internal HR data to surface target high impact transformation opportunities
  2. Find and leverage a diverse set of resources and share findings with others
  3. Collect assimilate and analyze relevant data and use standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions
  4. Apply technology fundamentals to client situations
  5. Team with others to produce a high quality work product to ensure an excellent client experience
  6. Maintain a positive professional attitude and adapt to changing priorities to instill confidence in team
  7. Value and consider the diverse perspectives and backgrounds of colleagues and clients
  8. Use and apply frameworks to organize concepts identify gaps and communicate ideas clearly

Requirements

 

  1. Final year or penultimate year student in preferred majors Information Management Mathematics Statistics Software Engineering and other related disciplines
  2. Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
  3. Excellent consultation and communication skills selfinitiation good team player and willingness to work under pressure
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese including both technical and business writing good documentation and presentation skills
  5. Proficient in Excel and familiar with BI tools including Power BI or Tableau
  6. Must work at least 3 days a week
