Work You'll do
- Assist the firm’s marketing and industry departments with related administrative tasks.
- Support the marketing department in compiling and maintaining content on the internal intranet.
- Assist with inventory management of seminar supplies and provide support during events.
- Handle clerical tasks, procurement/request of supplies, list management, and general departmental administrative duties.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Junior undergraduate or first-year graduate student majoring in business administration or related fields.
- Available to work 4 to 5 full days per week with a long-term internship commitment (rising senior undergraduate or first-year graduate students).
- Cheerful personality with strong logical thinking and the ability to communicate and coordinate across departments and fields.
- Proactive, enthusiastic about teamwork, and highly motivated to learn.
- Possess organizational skills and creativity, with a willingness to absorb new knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- English proficiency with a TOEIC score between 500 and 750.
