About the Business
The Executive Assistant to the AP CFO will play an important role in managing and optimizing the CFO’s day-to-day activities. The role requires discretion, strong organization skills, and the ability to manage schedules and priorities. You will also be a key liaison between the AP CFO and other internal stakeholders from Deloitte Participating Firms and Deloitte Global.
Work You'll do
- Manage and maintain the AP CFO’s calendar, including schedule meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare and edit presentations on PowerPoint and financial analysis in excel, on a needed basis.
- Coordinate executive communication, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information and records.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and conferences.
- Track and follow-up on action items and priorities on behalf of the AP CFO.
- Support special projects and initiatives, as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experiences
- Experience in Big Four firms or multinational companies is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong in written and verbal communication skills, in English
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
