Work You'll do

1. Consultation on the implementation of IFRS 17 standards, sub-account setup, operational processes and controls, and the initial application of standards.
2. Implementation and consultation on insurance industry management reports, asset-liability management, and the Insurance Capital Standard (ICS).

Requirements

Work Experience: Consultant 2+ years (Senior: 4 years)

Other Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred.
2. Experience in audit firms or related financial and insurance accounting departments is a plus.
3. Strong communication and interview skills, able to interact effectively with clients and maintain good relationships.
4. Ability to produce high-quality work under time pressure, with strong report-writing skills.
5. Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with high stress resistance.
6. Interest in studying accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
