Work You'll do
- Consultation on the implementation of IFRS 17 standards, sub-account setup, operational processes and controls, and the initial application of standards.
- Implementation and consultation on insurance industry management reports, asset-liability management, and the Insurance Capital Standard (ICS).
Requirements
Work Experience: Consultant 2+ years (Senior: 4 years)
Other Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred.
- Experience in audit firms or related financial and insurance accounting departments is a plus.
- Strong communication and interview skills, able to interact effectively with clients and maintain good relationships.
- Ability to produce high-quality work under time pressure, with strong report-writing skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with high stress resistance.
- Interest in studying accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
