Deloitte’s Tax Technology team leverages technology to streamline and automate processes, enhancing the efficiency of tax departments and allowing professionals to focus on high-value tasks. We assist businesses in designing and implementing systems to optimize tax governance, corporate governance, and risk management, improving accuracy, transparency, and control.

By integrating expertise with digital technology, we offer services including tax policy evaluation, system integration, governance process optimization, and tax software implementation, strengthening data management, filing, and analysis to ensure compliance and enhance operational efficiency.

Work You'll do

1. Provide integrated end-to-end consulting, planning, and diagnostic optimization for various tax-related issues.

2. Clarify requirements, assess data needs, conduct system analysis and design, and support system integration and implementation.

3. Deliver ERP or EPM module consulting services based on project needs, including but not limited to blueprint design, system implementation, process optimization, development specification writing, test planning and execution, training, go-live support, and post-launch assistance.

4. Lead module requirement interviews and assist clients in adopting best practices.

5. Configure systems based on client requirements, demonstrate results, and support clients through testing and acceptance. This includes preparing training manuals, assisting key users in learning the system, delivering training sessions, and arranging related testing and acceptance activities.

6. Manage project schedules, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.

7. Assist in handling issues with global key clients and suppliers, conduct problem analysis, provide efficient solutions, and continuously optimize clients’ business processes.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or other related business disciplines.

2. Preferably with over 2 years of experience in audit or tax-related work.

3. Experience with consolidated financial statements is a plus.

4. Responsible, strong in execution, proactive in facing challenges, curious about root causes, with an open and eager-to-learn attitude, strong team spirit, and enthusiasm for client interaction and knowledge sharing.
