Work You'll do

ESG STREAM 

Together, we make sustainability the engine of our clients’ growth, transforming challenges into opportunities in this age of transformation. From decarbonization strategies to employee integration, we provide end-to-end solutions to support green transformation. Placement of a D-League Program is determined during the hiring process, where we match business needs with your specific interests and skills.

Work you'll do:

  • Assist in the analysis of sustainability reports and conduct customized research on climate change, carbon emissions, and global ESG issues.
  • Perform company and country-level research to support data-driven sustainability strategies.
  • Identify and communicate key trends, market developments, and performance drivers relevant to the client’s industry.
  • Support client relationships and contribute to business development and account management initiatives.
  • Contribute to project delivery for both internal initiatives and external client engagements.
  • Leverage analytical tools to track ESG metrics and help clients demonstrate a deep understanding of their marketplace impact. 

Requirements

  • Class of 2026 and 2027 (Both Undergraduate and Graduate) in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Social Science or a related degree
  • Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
  • Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills. 

Eligibility to Apply: Class of 2026 and 2027 (Both Undergraduate and Graduate) with a commitment of 3 days (24 hours) per week. 
Internship period: 4-6 months (From July/September till December 31, 2026)
