What to expect:

Deloitte Seeds Program is a 6-month internship program designed to recruit high-potential talents majoring in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Environmental Science, Social Science or a related discipline. The program aims to develop young generation into future leaders for critical positions within Deloitte Taiwan.

Placement of Deloitte Seeds Intern is determined during the hiring process where we match the business needs and the interests/skills of the Deloitte Seeds Intern. The various teams in Deloitte include:

1. SAP – ABAP Developer
   • With decades of SAP experience, Deloitte’s specialists transform organization and take it to new levels of performance with a suite of solutions centred on the leading-edge SAP S/4 HANA platform. We work with client to plan and implement a full suite of solutions in areas such as enterprise transformation, finance, and supply chain, incorporating advanced technology applications such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and IoT.
2. Customer – Full Stack Developer
   • Deloitte’s customer team supports clients deliver their digital ambitions through scalable, flexible teams to design, build, and operate digital platforms from customer research to experience design through to development, content production, and marketing automation.
3. Engineering AI & Data
   • Deloitte’s Engineering, AI & Data services leverage engineering-led design, deep industry knowledge, and AI and data-driven insights to transform the technology platforms at the heart of clients’ businesses. We drive product and service enhancements, achieve efficiencies, improve financial performance, and accelerate speed to market. 
4. Forensic & Financial Crime
   • To address issues related to financial crime, fraud and corporate misconduct, Deloitte’s Forensic & Financial Crime team support our client through discovery, fact-finding, business disputes and regulatory matters. By leveraging innovative technology and tools, like generative artificial intelligence (GenAI), we deliver tailored solutions that support discovery services through litigation and regulatory matters, investigation management around data and disputes, fact-finding services, business disputes, and claims management.

Work you’ll do:

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of solutions for clients across diverse industries.
• Consider end user experience throughout the development cycle to deliver requirements and enhance adoption.
• Engage in product design, technology research, and prototyping activities.
• Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices.
• Work with the latest and most sought-after technologies, concepts, and methodologies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Final year students with a graduation conferral date between June 2026 and Aug 2026

• Currently enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Information Management, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related discipline

• Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service

• Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills.
