What to expect: 

The Deloitte Seeds Program is a 6-month internship program designed to recruit high-potential talent majoring in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Environmental Science or a related discipline. The program aims to develop the younger generation into future leaders for critical positions within Deloitte Taiwan. Deloitte interns don't sit on the sidelines; they gain real-world experience tackling challenges and driving meaningful outcomes. This program offers a rich blend of learning and development opportunities, mentorship, networking events, and professional growth. With a well-structured framework, the Deloitte Seeds Program accelerates career development in interns’ chosen specializations while fostering rapid growth of cross-functional competencies. Work You'll do

SAP Implementation: 

With decades of SAP experience, Deloitte’s specialists transform organizations and take them to new levels of performance with a suite of solutions centered on the leading-edge SAP S/4HANA platform. We work with clients to plan and implement a full suite of solutions in areas such as enterprise transformation, finance, and supply chain, incorporating advanced technology applications such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and IoT. 

Work you’ll do: 

• Apply training and background in SAP and relevant Deloitte methodology to support the implementation of SAP solutions. 
• Gather, consolidate, and prepare data to conduct basic analysis on SAP enterprise solutions to provide preliminary insights. 
• Learn, understand, and apply the training knowledge of the basics of Deloitte's methodology and tools in one of the capabilities or sub-capabilities of SAP Enterprise solutions, and collaborate with the team toward the implementation of solutions. 
• Team with others to produce a high-quality work product to ensure a superior client experience. 
• Use and apply frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly. 

Requirements

Qualifications: 

• Final-year students with a graduation conferral date between June 2027 and August 2027 
• Bachelor's degree or above holders majoring (preferably) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Management Engineering, Fintech, Data Science, or other related majors 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high commitment to quality client service 
• Good consultative and communication skills, self-initiative, good team player, and willingness to work under pressure 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Japanese is a plus depending on project needs 
• Proven track record in business development activities is a definite advantage
