Work You'll do

  1. Incorporation and maintenance of offshore companies
  2. Assistance with outbound investments to China, foreign investments, and PRC inbound investment applications for both corporations and individuals
  3. Tax advisory on investment structures
  4. Provision of international tax advisory services
  5. Advisory services on investment structuring and mergers & acquisitions

Requirements

  1. Experience in audit and tax-related roles is preferred.
  2. Solid foundation in accounting, with familiarity in accounting principles, tax regulations, and related laws.
  3. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related fields.
  4. Basic proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); a TOEIC score of 700 or above is preferred.
