Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
2. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficient in statistical analysis and data visualization (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar), with at least two years of experience in data analysis.
4. Fluent in both spoken and written English, able to write professional reports and presentations in both English and Chinese, with a TOEIC score of 850 or above.
5. HR experience is required, with multinational experience preferred.
6. Familiarity with AI and automation digital tools is a plus.
