Work You'll do

1. Execute the global deployment personnel program, including maintenance, contract creation, report generation, and deployment system implementation.
2. Implement global policies and successfully localize key projects for Taiwan.
3. Execute regular projects.
4. Support specific recruitment activities.
5. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

1. Graduate from a department related to business and management, economics, social sciences, psychology, languages, or humanities at the university level or above.
2. Over 2 years of work experience (If you have specific project management experience, feel free to share with us).
3. Fluent in both spoken and written English, with a TOEIC score of 890 or higher (Accustomed to interacting with colleagues from different countries, but no need for late-night meetings here).
4. Able to manage work pressure effectively and maintain a clear work-life balance.
5. Possess a growth mindset and be eager to accept work challenges.
6. Ability to independently complete projects (Initial guidance will be provided by a mentor).
7. Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills (Able to integrate and analyze statistical reports without confusion).
8. Good time management skills.
