Work You'll do
- Seminar event supplies inventory management and event support.
- Assist with document processing, supplies procurement/request, roster management, and departmental administrative tasks.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Graduated from a university or above in fields related to Business Administration, Marketing, or Mass Communication.
- At least 1 year of relevant marketing experience and a passion for organizing events.
- Outgoing personality, strong logical thinking, and good communication and coordination skills across departments or fields.
- Understanding of project proposals and writing plans, with organizational ability, creativity, and a willingness to learn new knowledge.
- Proficient in creating presentations and familiar with Office software.
- English proficiency is a plus.
