Work You'll do
1. Working hours: 08:00-09:00 AM to 05:00-06:00 PM, with a 9-hour workday (including a 1-hour lunch break); must be flexible to work according to the schedule.
2. Concierge and reception duties.
3. Coordination and management of meeting rooms and administrative tasks.
4. Handling and transferring calls at the main switchboard.
5. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
3. Basic English communication skills, TOEIC score of 500 or higher, or equivalent proficiency. Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
4. Passionate about customer service with a strong sense of approachability; not afraid of interacting with people.
