Work You'll do

This position involves participating in the formulation and execution of industry project strategies, spanning marketing activities, knowledge management, and key account initiatives, while collaborating with Asia-Pacific and global teams. It is a key role with significant growth potential.

  1. Assist in formulating annual strategies, business, and financial plans for industry/service projects.
  2. Drive industry marketing activities and the release of thought leadership content, in collaboration with industry associations and relevant external organizations.
  3. Support business development for key industry clients and expand opportunities with potential clients.
  4. Manage industry knowledge (including presentations, solution introductions, and case compilations), and maintain content on official websites, intranet, and other platforms.
  5. Promote the construction of internal industry communities (such as internal newsletters, training programs, etc.).
  6. Assist Asia-Pacific and global teams in cross-regional project collaboration.
  7. Support other projects and administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.

 

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related fields.
  2. At least 2 years of work experience; marketing or cross-departmental collaboration experience of over 1 year is a plus.
  3. Possess strategic thinking and logical analysis skills, able to independently solve problems and clearly communicate complex issues.
  4. Proactive, highly responsible, and skilled in teamwork and multitasking.
  5. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  6. Proficient in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); good written and spoken communication skills in both Chinese and English (English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 750 or above is recommended).
