As an HR Consultant at our HR Advisory unit you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent for our esteemed clients. You will be responsible for understanding and addressing the specific needs of our clients while executing recruitment projects with precision and professionalism. Your expertise in Talent Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, recruitment contract negotiations, and relationship management will be crucial to our success.

1. Client Needs Assessment: Explore and understand the specific requirements and expectations of our clients for each recruitment project.
2. Recruitment Project Execution: Execute recruitment projects with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
3. Contract Negotiations: Engage in negotiation processes with clients regarding recruitment contracts, terms, and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies and compliance practice.
4. Relationship Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and talented candidates, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
5. Talent Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels and methodologies to identify and screen potential candidates who align with clients' needs and requirements.
6. Capabilities of undertaking the whole process of Interview Coordination, Follow-up and Feedback, Rejection Management, Expectation Management. Coordinate and balance the expectations of clients and candidates, providing transparency and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
7. Market Research: Provide insightful market intelligence to clients, offering valuable insights and recommendations to support their hiring decisions.
需求條件
1. Bachelor’s degree in business related fields, Science/Technology, Human Resource. (Master's degree preferred)
2. 5+ years of relevant experience in HR consultant, recruiter, in-house HR
3. Proven experience in HR consulting or executive search firm environment, with a strong track record of successful recruitment projects.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms for talent sourcing and screening.
8. Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese
