Work You'll do
- Plan and execute leadership and management training programs for various job levels based on the firm’s annual strategy and talent development plan.
- Participate in AP Learning projects, leveraging regional collaborative teaching resources to design localized learning programs.
- Manage the Deloitte University global management training program for university-level employees.
- Assist with the execution of projects and activities related to the Learning & Development Center.
- Develop and manage the annual training budget.
- Manage the internal trainer team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business & Management, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of work experience.
- Strong logical thinking, organizational skills, problem diagnosis and analysis ability, and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
- Familiar with learner-centered facilitation and course design based on competency frameworks; experience in delivering training or facilitating sessions is a plus.
- Experience working in multinational corporations or global professional firms, planning and executing management training programs for mid- to senior-level managers.
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced in using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
