Work You'll do
- Planning and execution of annual training programs
- Participation in global and Asia-Pacific learning initiatives and projects, including localization and development of training courses and content
- Promotion and management of the learning platform
- Analysis and consolidation of training data
- Management of training budgets and administrative tasks
Requirements
Work Experience: More than 6 years
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in General Business, Human Resources, Education-related fields, or other relevant majors.
Special Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong coordination skills for cross-departmental collaboration; able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Proactive and positive work attitude, with a willingness to embrace new challenges.
- Experience in curriculum planning and event design, preferably with a background in multinational corporations or global professional firms.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and digital technology tools.
- Advanced business English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
