About The Team:

At Deloitte Taiwan, our Talent professionals drive the firm’s people strategy, create a unique people experience, and work closely with the business to drive success in the marketplace. As our business and team expand, we are seeking talented Recruiters to join our Talent team. This role will support both experienced and campus recruitment, ensuring a comprehensive approach to the candidate experience and journey.

Work You'll do

- Post job positions to job boards, career websites, and other relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels including 104, Linkedin, referrals, networking, and candidate databases
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple departments and teams to ensure smooth recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and the HR team to ensure a seamless and timely hiring process.
- Manage the offer process, providing up-to-date salary and market information
- Build, develop, and maintain an in-house candidate database while managing recruitment workflows
- Initiate and manage background checks for candidates, ensuring compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Identify and assist in resolving any roadblocks or challenges within the hiring process, aiming to streamline operations and improve candidate experience.
- Undertake ad hoc project as needed to support recruitment and HR initiatives.

Requirements

- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience within Talent Acquisition Coordination / HR in a fast paced environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong capabilities in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or PeopleSoft.
- Direct sourcing experience; agency experience is a plus.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Self-driven with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
