Work You'll do

1. Processing review and negotiation of client and vendor contracts.
2. Logistics role in OGC Legal Event Management (such as litigation and judicial or regulatory inquiries, and internal investigation)
3. Contributing in Legal Compliance Matters (such as AML/KYC, Privacy Laws and Trade Control)
4. Communication and coordination on various legal tasks with Deloitte network firms around the world  
5. Various legal research needs concerning professional firms’ legal issues

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.
2. 1 to 3  years of relevant work experience.
3. Ability in Case Briefing and Legal Writing.
4. Proficiency in spoken English is preferred.
5. An LL.M or JD degree from abroad, or relevant legal work experience overseas is a plus.
