Work You'll do

1. Legal services for cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and drafting of legal documents.
2. Legal advisory on group restructuring, IPOs, and privatization.
3. Equity planning, governance, and succession for private and family-owned businesses.
4. Labor law compliance and human rights due diligence.
5. Legal technology and legal management consulting services.
6. Export/import control and customs-related matters.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or a related field.
2. Licensed Attorney in the Republic of China.
3. TOEFL 101 / TOEIC 900 or above.
