Work You'll do

  1. Communicate with global teams regarding project content, and support system implementation, testing, and maintenance.
  2. Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
  3. Maintain and optimize the internal IT environment within the organization.
  4. Troubleshoot and proactively prevent user-related issues.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Management or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of work experience.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Windows systems.
  4. Relevant experience in IT is a plus.
  5. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and passion for the work.
  6. Good English communication skills.
  7. TOEIC score of 750 or above.
