Work You'll do

1. 主導並引導客戶執行企業併購（收購或處分或募資）相關作業
2. 溝通協調企業併購專案執行期間各相關議題，並與其他專業團隊(包括但不限於: 客戶、盡職調查團隊、律師、交易方、相關事務主管機關….等)密切合作，確保併購專案持續往前推進
3. 協助客戶彙整營運、財務等資訊，做初步價值區間分析
4. 參與撰寫服務建議書(service proposal)、投資說明書(investment memorandum)
5. 參與撰寫產業分析與議題研究報告
6. 對於經濟趨勢、產業變化以及交易作業程序具一定程度瞭解
7. 熟稔上市櫃公司證券交易程序以及相關法規者尤佳
8. 具財務分析、審計或企業評價相關工作經驗者尤佳

Requirements

1. 兩年以上工作經驗
2. 語言：多益：800以上
3. 具良好的團隊合作能力及學習新事物的求知慾
4. 細心、耐心、積極、具責任感，抗壓性高且善於溝通協調
5. (加分條件)具審計或企業評價相關工作經驗者
6. 辦公室應用軟體：PowerPoint、Excel、Word
