從 ESG、碳排、公司治理到金融法遵，越來越多「看不見的管理能力」正在被數據化、制度化，也需要被外部信任。

• ESG 不是口號：台灣目前要求全體上市櫃公司皆要發布永續報告書，但2025年間只有約43%的報告書經過第三方確信。
• 碳排資料比想像中更難追：截至 2025 年，上市櫃公司已接近100%揭露範疇一、二溫室氣體排放資訊，但是開始揭露範疇三的公司只有約66%。
• 法遵也不是只看法條：台灣主管機關2025 年金融業及上市櫃公司裁罰合計約 297 件、金額超過新台幣 2億元，背後往往反映流程、控制、資料與治理需要持續優化。

Work You'll do

1. Service offerings include assurance and advisory services related to financial reporting standards and sustainability disclosure standards, internal control systems, information operations, third-party contract compliance and industry value chain management, personal data protection and anti-money laundering for financial institutions, as well as other regulatory compliance-related audit or assurance and advisory services provided by certified public accountants.
2. A diverse range of services allows for exploration of personal interests and development of professional expertise aligned with one’s talents and aspirations.
3. Clients span major publicly listed companies, the technology sector, and the financial services industry, supporting enterprises in fully implementing sustainable development.

Please note that for this position, the preferred work location is limited to the Taipei office only.

Ø   內部控制與風險管理諮詢服務

深入參與國內外跨國企業的核心營運與管理機制，協助企業辨識潛在風險、優化控制措施，並提升營運效率與效果。

你會參與到：

• 企業營運作業流程、內部控制與風險管理制度設計與檢視
• 企業營運流程與系統整合優化
• 落實企業第三方管理及查核、智慧財產權管理及查核

Ø   法令遵循與非財務資訊確信服務

協助企業提升非財務資訊的透明度與可信度，並協助金融機構因應個資保護、洗錢防制與監理要求。

你會參與到：

• 各大金融機構洗錢防制確信、個人資料保護及內控稽核
• 依據法規要求，檢視企業作業流程、控制與法遵執行情形
• 永續指標、營運數據或管理資訊之合理性檢視

你將累積的能力

•    理解企業如何運作：從永續、財務報導、內部控制、風險管理與法令遵循等不同角度，了解企業如何建立制度、管理風險並回應外部期待。
•    培養顧問式問題拆解能力：學習從資料、流程、訪談與佐證文件中找出問題，整理觀察並提出可執行的改善建議。
•    累積跨領域專業視野：接觸 ESG、國際財務報導準則 (IFRS)、公司治理、風險管理、金融法遵與非財務資訊確信等議題，先建立廣度，再逐步找到想深耕的方向。
•    強化專案執行與溝通能力：訓練資料分析、客戶溝通、時程管理與團隊合作，累積顧問工作所需的基本功。

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Business, Commerce and Management, Information Management, Information Engineering, or related fields.
• Interest in corporate sustainability, consulting, and assurance services.
• Curious mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
• Open to learning, team-oriented, and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to maintain good client relationships.
• Ability to work independently, excellent time management, and strong stress tolerance.
• Proficiency in foreign languages (English/Japanese) is a plus.
• Proficient in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Interest in programming and system operations; basic knowledge of Python or SQL is especially preferred.
