Work You'll do
- Analyze benchmark and internal HR data to surface target, high impact transformation opportunities
- Find and leverage a diverse set of resources and share findings with others
- Collect, assimilate and analyze relevant data and use standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions
- Apply technology fundamentals to client situations
- Team with others to produce a high quality work product to ensure an excellent client experience
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and adapt to changing priorities to instill confidence in team
- Apply basic financial concepts to client and Deloitte business models
- Value and consider the diverse perspectives and backgrounds of colleagues and clients
- Use and apply frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly

Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- Ability to consolidate, prepare, synthesize and analyze organizational and/or business drivers data for analysis to support client’s business objectives
- Bachelor or above degree holder in business administration, psychology, statistics or related disciplines, preferably MBA
- Interests in the following areas: organization design, executive compensation, short-term incentive, performance management, HR process, change management, HR technology solutions, etc
- Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
- Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
- Matureness, activeness and commitment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills
- Acceptance to business travel
