- Analyze benchmark and internal HR data to surface target, high impact transformation opportunities
- Find and leverage a diverse set of resources and share findings with others

需求條件
We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor degree or above holder in human resource management, psychology, statistics or related disciplines
- Knowledge in the following areas: organization design, executive compensation, short-term incentive, performance management, HR process, change management, HR technology solutions, etc.
- Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
- Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skill
