Our Human Resources professionals drive the firm’s people strategy, create a unique people experience, and work with the business to drive success in the marketplace.

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling and onboarding.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline/pool and ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
• Support recruiters in various recruitment activities, including coordinating on-campus recruiting events, preparing promotional materials and fostering university partnership.
• Maintaining the recruitment data, system, report and regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyse weekly status reports on recruitment activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and manage an efficient model of operation.
需求條件
• Must be able to work full time and commit 1-year internship.
• Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Passionate about the recruitment industry.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Self-driven and good problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and good organisational skills.
