In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening passive candidates, building and maintaining a strong network, and supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. You will work closely with managers to understand the search strategy and anticipated preferences, and ensure the recruitment process is executed smoothly. • Understand how to effectively search, screen, connect passive candidates, profiling individuals to assess their chemistry, fit, and motivation.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and continuous relationship management.
• Conduct in-depth search, screen, interviews of potential candidates to assess their fit, demonstrating the ability to anticipate Clients/Hiring Manager preferences and maintain high offer-to-interview ratios.
• Develop and articulate a recruitment plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as required to support operation process.
• Strictly implement, follow, and apply Deloitte Global Risk, Regulations, and Compliance Practice. 

需求條件

• Bachelor degrees above in Business, Finance, and Science arts.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on sourcing candidates and relationship management.
• Build and manage a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Create and maintain a written candidate profiles, timeline in CRM system.
• Experience in search firm or in-house talent acquisition practice is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
