What to expect:

Deloitte Seeds Program is a 6-month internship program designed to recruit high-potential talents majoring in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Environmental Science, Social Science or a related discipline. The program aims to develop young generation into future leaders for critical positions within Deloitte Taiwan.

INFRASTRUCTURE & REAL ESTATE STREAM:

Deloitte’s Infrastructure & real estate team brings a global perspective and a range of specialist experience to help our clients navigate the complexity of major infrastructure and capital projects.

Our strategic advisory and investment optimisation solutions help our clients to make more robust, data-driven decisions, while our ongoing engagements in public, private and capital investment sectors enable us to provide innovative approaches for incentivising public infrastructure investment and attracting private sector participation.

Work you’ll do:

• Conduct financial and economic analysis to support infrastructure projects, including feasibility studies, business cases, and financial models.
• Perform market research, benchmarking, and sector analysis to assess trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Support the development of client deliverables such as presentations, reports, and proposals, ensuring clarity and high-quality output.
• Contribute to transaction support activities, including PPP advisory, project structuring, and due diligence.
• Assist in project management by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of workstreams.
• Demonstrate analytical rigor, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail in day-to-day assignments.

• Final year students with a graduation conferral date between June 2026 and Aug 2026

• Currently enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Land Economics, Real Estate & Built Environment or a related discipline

• Availability to intern for at least 24 hours per week during the semesters and full-time during summer and winter breaks

• Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service

• Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills.
