What to expect: 

The Deloitte Seeds Program is a 6-month internship program designed to recruit high-potential talent majoring in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Environmental Science or a related discipline. The program aims to develop the younger generation into future leaders for critical positions within Deloitte Taiwan. Deloitte interns don't sit on the sidelines; they gain real-world experience tackling challenges and driving meaningful outcomes. This program offers a rich blend of learning and development opportunities, mentorship, networking events, and professional growth. With a well-structured framework, the Deloitte Seeds Program accelerates career development in interns’ chosen specializations while fostering rapid growth of cross-functional competencies. Forensic & Financial Crime: 

To address issues related to financial crime, fraud and corporate misconduct, Deloitte’s Forensic & Financial Crime team support our client through discovery, fact-finding, business disputes and regulatory matters. By leveraging innovative technology and tools, like generative artificial intelligence (GenAI), we deliver tailored solutions that support discovery services through litigation and regulatory matters, investigation management around data and disputes, fact-finding services, business disputes, and claims management. 

  

Work you’ll do:   

  • Collect and monitor domestic and international data, news cases, and regulatory updates. 
  • Organize and synthesize interview notes, meeting highlights, and discussion records. 
  • Gather and analyze data to perform basic statistical analysis and prepare standardized reports. 
  • Assist with departmental administrative tasks and operational workflows. 
  • Handle additional tasks and projects assigned by line managers. 

需求條件

Qualifications: 

  • Final year students with a graduation conferral date between June 2027 and Aug 2027. 
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in degree program in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline. 
  • Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service.  
  • Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure.  
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills. 
  • Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g., SAS, R) and big data/programming tools (e.g., Python, Java) with strong statistical analysis capability is highly preferred.
