What to expect: 

The Deloitte Seeds Program is a 6-month internship program designed to recruit high-potential talent majoring in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Environmental Science or a related discipline. The program aims to develop the younger generation into future leaders for critical positions within Deloitte Taiwan. Deloitte interns don't sit on the sidelines; they gain real-world experience tackling challenges and driving meaningful outcomes. This program offers a rich blend of learning and development opportunities, mentorship, networking events, and professional growth. With a well-structured framework, the Deloitte Seeds Program accelerates career development in interns’ chosen specializations while fostering rapid growth of cross-functional competencies. FINANCE TRANSFORMATION: 

Deloitte’s Finance Transformation team provides comprehensive services designed to help clients modernize their finance functions, improve efficiency, and create enterprise value. As part of our management consulting practice, we leverage IT system, digital technology, cloud solutions, and data analytics to help business leaders navigate complex and fast-changing business environments. The services of Finance Transformation are including of strategy, controllership and digital transformation and performance management. Through transformation from finance, we enact overall improvement of operation with regard to strategy, control, process, management, performance and digitalization. 

Work you'll do: 

• Support in project works and service developments. 
• Team with others to produce a high-quality work product. 
• Apply basic financial, control and management concepts to client practice 
• Use and apply and Deloitte methodology and frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly 
• Find and leverage a diverse set of resources and share findings with others

Qualifications:

• Final year students with a graduation conferral date between June 2027 and Aug 2027 
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Information Management, Information Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines. 
• Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service  
• Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills.
