What to expect:

Deloitte Seeds Program is a 6-month internship program designed to recruit high-potential talents majoring in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Environmental Science, Social Science or a related discipline. The program aims to develop young generation into future leaders for critical positions within Deloitte Taiwan.

FINANCE STREAM:

Deloitte’s expertise spans corporate finance, strategy and financial transformation. Interns gain comprehensive knowledge to navigate complex financial landscapes.

Placement of Deloitte Seeds Intern is determined during the hiring process where we match the business needs and the interests/skills of the Deloitte Seeds Intern. The various teams in Deloitte include:

1. Valuation & Modeling, Mergers & Acquisitions
   • From strategy to execution, our integrated, end-to-end support and advisory covers valuation & modeling, cost optimisation, restructuring, business design and transformation and M&A. We guide our clients every step of the way, to navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
2. Enterprise Technology & Performance
   • Deloitte’s Enterprise Technology & Performance (ETP) services drive functional excellence and enable innovation and long-term growth. Working across finance, supply chain and IT operations, we deliver a holistic approach to performance improvement and Digital Transformation that allows our clients to get the most out of their investment.
3. Regulatory & Financial Risk
   • With increasing regulation and technology driven corruption, potential threats to the reputation and value of organization are widespread and continually evolving. We help our clients to simplify and accelerate the building, operating and sustaining of right-sized risk and compliance capabilities whether in response to a specific event or planning for the future.

Work you’ll do:

• Support in project engagements and business developments.
• Able to synthesize large amounts of data and information from primary and secondary research and develop and present sound and accurate conclusions.
• Assist in developing frameworks/models that address business problems and result in strategic insights.
• Team with others to produce a high quality work product to ensure a superior client experience
• Apply basic financial concepts to client and Deloitte business models
• Use and apply frameworks to organize concepts, identify gaps, and communicate ideas clearly
• Find and leverage a diverse set of resources and share findings with others

During your tenure with us, you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Inspiring, Creating purpose, Driving agility, Building diverse capability, Influencing, Collaborating, Delivering value, Building the business, Analytical acumen, Effective communication, Engagement management/delivery excellence, Managing change, Managing quality & risk, Sales excellence, Strategic thinking and problem solving, and Tech savviness.

• Final year students with a graduation conferral date between June 2026 and Aug 2026

• Currently enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Information Management or a related discipline

• Availability to intern for at least 24 hours per week during the semesters and full-time during summer and winter breaks

• Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service

• Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills.
