What to expect: 

The Deloitte Seeds Program is a 6-month internship program designed to recruit high-potential talent majoring in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Environmental Science or a related discipline. The program aims to develop the younger generation into future leaders for critical positions within Deloitte Taiwan. Deloitte interns don't sit on the sidelines; they gain real-world experience tackling challenges and driving meaningful outcomes. Engineering & Data: 
As a part of Engineering, AI & Data, you will join a team that allows you to build strong skills in Digitalization. You will have the opportunity to work in-depth across digital transformation and data-related topics. Engineering, AI & Data solutions harness the power of analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) to uncover hidden relationships from vast amounts of data in the clients' organization. Implementing the right strategy and digitalization requires balancing speed, cost, and quality to deliver measurable business value.

Work you’ll do: 

• Assist in data warehouse modeling, basic report development, and general data pipeline development tasks.   
• Learn and leverage mainstream BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, FineBI, QuickBI, SmartBI) to design, build, and maintain interactive business dashboards and visual reports.   
• Gain hands-on experience in developing and troubleshooting ETL workflows using tools such as Informatica (preferred), DataStage, or Kettle to process and transform raw data.   
• Apply foundational to advanced SQL knowledge across mainstream enterprise databases, assisting in writing SQL scripts, maintaining stored procedures, and verifying data accuracy.

Qualifications: 

• Final year students with a graduation conferral date between June 2027 and Aug 2027. 
• Currently enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Software Engineering or a related discipline. 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality client service. 
• Knowledge of data statistics and data mining, and be able to support business decisions through data analysis results. 
• Proficient in using SQL, SAS, BI, Python and other data processing and analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service.  
• Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure.  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills. 
• AI tool proficiency is a plus.
