What to expect: 

The Deloitte Seeds Program is a 6-month internship program designed to recruit high-potential talent majoring in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Environmental Science or a related discipline. The program aims to develop the younger generation into future leaders for critical positions within Deloitte Taiwan. Deloitte interns don't sit on the sidelines; they gain real-world experience tackling challenges and driving meaningful outcomes. This program offers a rich blend of learning and development opportunities, mentorship, networking events, and professional growth. With a well-structured framework, the Deloitte Seeds Program accelerates career development in interns’ chosen specializations while fostering rapid growth of cross-functional competencies. Work You'll do

HR Advisory: 

Deloitte’s HR Advisory practice supports organizations in addressing their talent and organizational needs through executive search, talent mapping, market intelligence, and organizational integration. We help organizations better understand their leadership and workforce needs by combining industry insights with practical talent and organizational support.

Work you’ll do: 

• Conducting industry, company, and market research 
• Supporting executive and talent mapping across selected sectors and functions 
• Researching potential candidates and developing market intelligence 
• Assisting with candidate profiling, assessment materials, and project documentation 
• Supporting organizational and talent-related analysis for corporate integration projects 
• Preparing presentations, reports, and client-facing materials 
• Maintaining and analyzing project and market data 
• Working with consultants on active client assignments and special research projects 

Requirements

Qualifications: 

• Final year students with a graduation conferral date between June 2027 and Aug 2027 
• Strong interest in and enthusiasm for learning about HR management. 
• Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills.
