What to expect:
Deloitte Seeds Program is a 6-month internship program designed to recruit high-potential talents majoring in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Environmental Science, Social Science or a related discipline. The program aims to develop young generation into future leaders for critical positions within Deloitte Taiwan.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION STREAM:

Placement of Deloitte Seeds Intern is determined during the hiring process where we match the business needs and the interests/skills of the Deloitte Seeds Intern. The various teams in Deloitte include:
- Customer
- Deloitte’s Customer team envision, realise and scale customisable long-term solutions that empower our clients, across all industries, to forge meaningful, lasting connections with their workforce, customers and global community.
- SAP
- Deloitte’s SAP team bring to bear our deep industry experience at the intersection of business transformation and technology enablement; a large portfolio of real-world-tested transformation accelerators; and an extensive track record delivering the impact that matters the most.
- Human Resources Transformation
- Deloitte’s HR Transformation team empower HR to take the lead. Create HR strategy using our leading HRT labs. Explore ways to develop a human-centred workforce experience and emphasise employee engagement to prepare for technology adoption
Work you’ll do:
- Work across a variety of projects and build knowledge across relevant domains.
- Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems.
- Consider end user experience throughout the development cycle to deliver requirements and enhance adoption.
- Support development and implementation of quality business digital solutions and align delivery to business goals.

Requirements
• Final year students with a graduation conferral date between June 2026 and Aug 2026
• Currently enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Environmental Science, Social Science or a related discipline
• Availability to intern for at least 24 hours per week during the semesters and full-time during summer and winter breaks
• Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
• Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills.
