What to expect:

Deloitte Seeds Program is a 6-month internship program designed to recruit high-potential talents majoring in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Environmental Science, Social Science or a related discipline. The program aims to develop young generation into future leaders for critical positions within Deloitte Taiwan.

Work You'll do

CYBER STREAM:

Deloitte’s cybersecurity solutions help our clients operate securely and grow successfully. Designed to meet organizations at any point in their journey, our cyber services provide the tools and experience needed to rapidly respond to changing markets, new threats, and disruptive competition.

1. • Strategy & Transformation – Focusing on strategic planning and implementation for digital technology risk, the design and deployment of digital security solutions, and proactive threat detection and response.
   • Defense & Resilience – Building strong defense while preparing for recovery, supporting clients’ business to thrive in the face of uncertainty.

Work you’ll do:

• Support clients on establishing or enhancing end-to-end risk management systems, processes, and frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives, enabling effective decision-making, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Enhance the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of reports and presentations by applying advanced critical thinking, experience, and sound judgment.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s business operations, staying informed on industry trends, innovations, marketplace shifts, and best practices to add strategic value.

Requirements

• Final year students with a graduation conferral date between June 2026 and Aug 2026

• Currently enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Management, Cyber Security or a related discipline

• Availability to intern for at least 24 hours per week during the semesters and full-time during summer and winter breaks

• Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service

• Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills.
