What to expect:

Deloitte Seeds Program is a 6-month internship program designed to recruit high-potential talents majoring in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Environmental Science, Social Science or a related discipline. The program aims to develop young generation into future leaders for critical positions within Deloitte Taiwan.

Placement of Deloitte Seeds Intern is determined during the hiring process where we match the business needs and the interests/skills of the Deloitte Seeds Intern. The various teams in Deloitte include:

1. Sustainability strategy and governance
2. Strategic Climate Risk Management
3. Sustainable Supply Chain
4. Sustainable Finance
5. Human Sustainability

Work you’ll do:

• Assist and analyze work connected to sustainability reports and conduct customized research relevant to climate change, carbon emissions, and sustainability issues; company level and country-level research.
• Identifying and communicating trends, developments, and key performance drivers relevant to the client, while demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry and marketplace.
• Supporting client relationships, business development, and account management leadership.
• Support projects delivery and initiatives both externally and internally.

During your tenure with us, you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Inspiring, Creating purpose, Driving agility, Building diverse capability, Influencing, Collaborating, Delivering value, Building the business, Analytical acumen, Effective communication, Engagement management/delivery excellence, Managing change, Managing quality & risk, Sales excellence, Strategic thinking and problem solving, and Tech savviness.

• Final year students with a graduation conferral date between June 2026 and Aug 2026

• Currently enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Social Science or a related discipline

• Availability to intern for at least 24 hours per week during the semesters and full-time during summer and winter breaks

• Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service

• Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills.
